Where can you get good information about community health? Start here.
To plan effectively and make good decisions about public health, it’s crucial to understand a community’s current status.
The Marion County Public Health Department, the Community Health Assessment Steering Committee and many local partners regularly release a report describing the health status of Marion County residents. We use six specific age groups, and have identified key health issues using accepted, pre-set criteria.
